The...Ah this made me long for Christmas times past. These are lovely traditions. With Son having left home this year we are not doing the usual traditional things....we have to find new traditions. When I was younger, my parents had a house in their family room that housed ornaments with photos of each of us kids year after year. The star of the tree was, of course, a wonderful photo of my parents. LOVED that tree so much! Thanks for sharing some of your traditions . . .this is a great idea for a post!
